Who We Are
Sydney Wagner, originally from Columbus, Ohio, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Sydney spent four years as a technician of Case Western Reserve’s costume shop where she worked as a draper, firsthand, and stitcher. She also worked as Crafts Master after working as costume craftsperson in prior years. She is also a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta, Eta Pi Chapter and was a four-year member of the CWRU Varsity Softball team.
Dawn Wagner began attending theatrical productions as a child with her parents and immediately fell in love with the theater. Those shows instilled in her the desire to involve her own children in theater as soon as they were old enough and so, both of Dawn’s daughters, Sydney and Katie, were acting in community theater productions around Columbus. In addition to being a “stage mom”, Dawn worked as an Assistant to several local Directors in Columbus for many years, and Dawn’s husband Jeff never missed a production involving kids or his wife. Wagner Costume Collective was created in his honor.
Katie Standerwick (Wagner) has been working in theater since she was seven years old. She is currently the Executive Assistant/Media & Data Associate for Tectonic Theater Project in NYC. Katie is proud to be working alongside her mom and sister.
